The staff at the Galveston office have renewed my faith in dentists. They listen!!! I needed two crowns and a night bite guard for my grinding. When I started the process I was in constant facial and tooth pain from grinding my teeth. After getting the night guard, my face and tooth pain were 80% better the next day. I needed to have the guard slightly adjusted to achieve total comfort and was able to get that done the day I called. I don't live in Galveston-just visiting, but I'm going to schedule my dental work for when I'm in the area and make them my go-to dental office. More

I went to Mint Dentistrt on the recommendation of a friend. It was a great decision to go. The staff is friendly, caring, at tentative and man do you feel like you just walked in for a me day. They turned on the TV, offered me water, gave me cool glasses to protect my eye and the put on the massage chair. What a way to relax and have your tooth fixed. Not to mention they were half the price of the other dentist I went to. Twice the service half the price. More

Rez, coco, and dr Gonzalez were all very helpful I was a little nervous coming in at first because of my past experiences at other dentist offices not only did they let me know exactly what was going on while it was going on they were and are very accommodating, great attitudes, the service is non other. They answered all my questions no matter how ridiculous if I could give them a 10 star rating I would!! And the 3 mentioned above did a wonderful job, everyone else who’s names I didn’t catch were also very polite and helpful through the whole progress, so if you’re looking for a new dentistry you can’t go anywhere but mint 10/10 More

What an amazing office!! The front desk is very welcoming. The office manager literally went above and beyond this morning ! There was an older couple that was struggling to climb the outside stairs and she went out and walked her in! I thought that was so sweet you don’t see much of things like that… my cleaning went amazing even as a deep cleaning, painless ! The assistant was very tentative. I will be back this was my second visit and so glad I made the choice to come here More

My first visit was amazing and I left a 5 star review. But today, the dentist is running an hour late. No apology, no explanation. I inquired as to how common this is and she brushed it off that “sometimes it happens”. I’ll come back once more, for 2 out of 3. Very frustrated and disappointed. I feel I need to leave the review I made, for a wait that long is unacceptable. However…….I received a call the next day with a sincere apology and offer of some compensation. I have never experienced such care. So, they are back to 5 Star in my book! More

I had such an wonderful time at Mint Dentistry, well actually I was sleep most of the visit. Once I was in that massage chair, I was over and out. But, I did stay awake long enough for them to ask me what did I want to watch on T.V., and made me feel as comfortable as possible. First visit was July 3rd,took me as a walk-in,waited only about 30mins ,took care of my emergency problem,was so very thankful . Would have spent the July 4th in PAIN otherwise. 2nd visit was this week,had to have a tooth pulled. All went well,everyone was very attentive and explained every step… 3 days later…no pain at all! I arrived in Galveston for a vacation and one of my crowns fell out and having no tooth there was very upsetting to me. I called around all over Galveston and nobody could take me that day except for Mint Dentistry. They got me in that very morning and got my tooth put back in and glued some other ones together to help support it. All of the people there couldn't have been nicer. And the dentist was amazing as well as his assistant. They made it so that the rest of my vacation I didn't have to worry about the space between my teeth showing. I just had a good time laughing smiling and I got to enjoy my time in Galveston. Thank you to everyone for making my vacation a good one. More

Very informative, caring and empathetic. I have a serious fear of dentist (anxiety). They really made me feel so comfortable and helped me through all my anxiety. After my dental work, I called if ever I had a question. They never got frustrated with me. They just answered all my questions. 4 days after surgery that let me come in free of charge just to lay eyes on me and answer any questions. (Calm my anxiety) lol. Highly recommend. Absolutely love this place. I’m a new resident in Galveston, after a bad accident I reached out to Mint to help fix a chipped front tooth. They fixed my smile! It’s better then it was before the accident and I had pretty teeth before so I was crushed to have to have dental work done. They made me feel welcome they were friendly. They remember me by name, they play pandora so you don’t have to hear all the drills, clean office that smells good. They made sure I loved my smile before I left.Absolutely would recommend them! The original quote was $168 but I was diagnosed with periodontal disease and the price for cleaning jumped to $1068! I was stunned and declined to have them do the work. As a senior without a dental policy it would have been all out of pocket. Fortunately I called Mint Dentistry and after hearing my situation they said they had a program that could help me. When I arrived I was greeted by their cheerful friendly and professional staff. I asked questions to verify what my cost would be and she assured me that it was going to be exactly what I had been quoted. Which was just about HALF of what the previous place wanted to charge me. They got me in quickly and made me comfortable with my choice of music and a vibrating dental chair. That was new and enjoyable stuff to me. It helped make me comfortable and calm while they did the deep cleaning I needed. The dentist was very thorough and professional and it went much faster than I expected. I am very pleased with them and I’ll recommend them to everyone who needs a dentist. More

They managed to get our appointments back to back and did an amazing job of identifying the good and not so good of our personal dental care. I had a wonderful experience at Mint Dental in Galveston. Dr. Lift burrow was very friendly and knowledgeable. Zoei was my dental tech and she walked me through all the steps up to meeting with the Dr., and Dezeray was very friendly and helpful when I was wrapping up. I loved my first visit to the Galveston Mint Dentistry office. Customer service was great. I was greater with a smile soon as I walked through the door. I was also offered a tablet to watch Netflix on while I waited. I was not able to use the tablet because of the prompt service I was provided. It didn’t take but 5 minutes to get me back to get my xrays. Pricing was thoroughly explained. My comfort was the main priority throughout the whole session. As I was getting my cleaning I enjoyed a Netflix series and a nice massage from their super comfortable chairs. I was also given my whitening trays with TWO gels. Overall a great experience!
